Review pick out from Paens of Hate #4 (greece)

Oh yes ! This will definitely bring to mind those good old days of the early Norwegian scene, with raw, simple and very good musically Black Metal. This is the first two demos of Mordheim in one tape, released by Dernier Bastion Productions.
The tape begins with the second demo “Mordheim” and ends with the first one “In Memoriam”. Although most tracks sound somewhat different to one another, this is full of feeling and the old-school spirit, something you rarely find these days.
It will leave you wanting for more in the end of these 22 minutes, and thankfully Mordheim have released more stuff for you to enjoy.

Review pick out from Funeral March Zine #6 (finland)

This is as far as I know the first release from this one man band. It is cold, naked and raw black metal. First I must say that the cover art isn't much to cheer about, I can almost not read the tracklist which is rather annoying.
The tape cover feels rather lousy actually. Unfortunate this is for the music as well. It is raw and filthy but with a sound quality that is really bad, I don't get this and I don't like it, it is all like some noisy mess that I want to turn off. This record is bad from start to end, I would not buy this album.
O.O.
